Are you still experiencing this issue?
Sorry you are having trouble uploading a picture.
Make sure that you are using a laptop or desktop computer and not a mobile device like a smartphone.
You can try these general trouble shooting steps.
1. Clear your browser cache
2. Check for and install any browser or OS updates.
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Reset any network hardware (cable modems, DSL devices, routers, switches, etc)
5. Try another browser like Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.
If you are still having problems, please email us at email@example.com and include the method (steps you are taking) you are using to upload the image as well as the browser, browser version, and operating system you are using.
it says something like the file failed to upload.. try again later

I just published a new Hub and the site comes up with an error when I try to upload an image. Just to check, I tried uploading an image already present on another one of my hubs (so it must be consistent with technical requirements) into the new one and got the same error. What's going on?
