I have a hub that was stolen. I never check for stuff like that - but HP does; and they told me about it months ago. Along with this blurb: Unfortunately, we do not yet have DMCA information stored for encyclopedial.com. If you are able to locate a DMCA instructions URL or an email contact for that site please let us know, we will add them to our database.
Shortly after learning about this; I did a LITTLE bit of research, found the business origin - AND informed HP as was suggested above:

Thank you. That information has been added to our DMCA contact database.
Someone @ Team HubPages
And yet, I just received another warning via the 2nd check that my content has not been removed (yes, I sent the site the suggested letter); along with this warning AGAIN: Unfortunately, we do not yet have DMCA information stored for encyclopedial.com. If you are able to locate a DMCA instructions URL or an email contact for that site please let us know, we will add them to our database.
What gives, HP? Is this database active/being added to or what?
It was added to the database, but it appears that the message will not match if the case of the website is not the same. I changed the database to lowercase so hopefully that should match now.
They stole one of mine also last week. I sent them a DMCA notice and they responded by telling me the plagiarized article had been removed within 24 hours. I checked, and sure enough it had. I notified the team that this happened and the copyright notice was removed.

That is another copying site which has been stealing our hubs from Hubbers at Hubpages. My hub How to Cure Vitiligo Naturally was copied and pasted onto this website: <link snipped> under the name "Zimmer". This bad guy changed the pictures but didn't event bother to...

It's been so long since I had a copied hub that I've forgotten! The Learning Center entry says you can send to the website or to the host. The whois entry shows an address for abuse@GoDaddy and registrant and admin emails for the website. I'm guessing that sending it to GoDaddy would be the...

Perhaps this is already widely known, but I have just found most of my hubs copied in their entirety on hubinfo.netThere are literally thousands of our hubs there, all categorized, basically a cheap replica of hubpages. Is there anything to be done about such a site?

Does anyone know how to contact a site with no contact details available on the site? I want to contact sarenvers.com with a DMCA complaint as they have stolen one of my hubs. It's listed as being written by a James Jackson, but when I click on his name I just go to more of his articles. I've tried...
