While attempting to sign up for HubPages Earning Program, I was asked the security question. Having not used this site for ages, I have lost track of the answer. I'm just wondering how to reset my security question? Does it work here like resetting our password?
Thanks in advance for your helpful answers
For our own protection we have to contact the HP team to reset our questions. Here are some links to follow to achieve this:
click on the 'help' button (top right hand of page)
on the Help page . In section 1:click on the radio button 'I have Hubpage account issues'
then in section 2: click on the radio button 'I cant get past my security questions' then click on 'Continue'
You will then be 'invited' to 'contact Hubpages and they will reset your questions! Good luck and I hope you get it sorted
Thanks, Agvulpes. Let me follow this and update you
Hi Agvulpes, I did follow your steps, right after your response. Yet, until now, HP has yet to answer me about setting a new security question! What would you do in this case. Sorry to bother you again!
