When Adsense says your article must have clear navigation and organization are they saying you must have a sitemap? Is it possible to have a sitemap on your Hubpages page?

I notice as soon as I published my article that ads appeared. Are they automatically linked to my account through hub pages or do I have to set up a new link for each article? Thanks
