How can you submit a Hub to one of hubpages niche sites?
Go into the hub you'd like to submit. In the black bar at the top will be a button saying "submit to a Hubpages Network Site".
Hubpages also does regular sweeps of hubs and moves them over automatically, although that can take some time as they're going through quite a backlog.
As WryLilt highlighted, there's a "Submit to a Hubpages Network Site" button on your hub. Just click on that and select the niche site your hub qualifies for.
