I think there should be a dedicated network site especially for Information technology considering its vast subjects and popularity among masses. The site should contain the articles about the project management, software development, and testing related writings, It should have also considered the articles on IT related Job preparations question and answers. I am sure, by focusing only on IT, it will be popular with target audience which is large in volume across the countries.
