Why are there options to link to Facebook, twitter and all kinds of places but not instagram which seems to be the main social media resource these days, especially for young people!

From your experience which platform is better of the two, as far as promotion of your work is concerned? Some of my friends tell me that google+ is likely to do better due to its G connection. What do you say?
