There's two obvious ways to do it:
1) Build Twitter account(s) that have a lot of followers, and share the links to the hubs as a tweet to them.
2) Add the link to the hub as your profile link in your Twitter profile.
If you don't have a lot of followers, you will have to build an account by hand or with automated software to get things going.
