What is the procedure of publishing an article after opening an account?
You can click start a new hub up next to your log out button, write your article there, add a picture or anything else and once your happy with it simply publish!
Just remember to follow the HubPages guidelines, HubPages reminds you of the basics every time you start a new hub.
