    I found many hubs containing links to other hubs with their referral inside it...

    But as far as I know... A referral is considered a referral only when the traffic comes from outside hubpages and not from inside hubpages.  Is it not?

    FAQ says...  Use the Unique Tracker to link to someone’s Hub... "From that point, you can either send the mail, or cut and paste the URL link or HTML code and place it wherever you’d like outside of HubPages."

    So is there any use of creating Hubs linking to other hubs with referrals?

    You can use the referral tracker in your Hubs and your profile and receive full credit.   There is a suggestion that may change in the future, but right now it works.
