I have published one hub and have a Google affiliate number associated with it. Do I have to repeat the process with a second hub, or will the first number automatically apply to the second hub? Do I have to take any action for the second hub?
You don't have to. It's automatically inserted on your page. To check it is there:
Click on "My Account" on the top of this page.
Then, click on "My Affiliates".
Check the Box for Google Adsense - If it has a code there, then you are all set up.
