How do I find lost e-ticket numbers so I can credit them to my frequent flier program?
I flew with Continental and with a pet. My father purchased the e-ticket but we did not keep ticket numbers to apply to the Onepass program.
See if you can get access to the email account that you used to purchase the ticket. Also, you should be able to call the airline to get the ticket number if you have the passengers name and the credit card you used to make the purchase. Then you should be able to get the ticket number and the miles.
Hi, I'm not familiar with this Airline, I'm in Australia, but when I purchase e-tickets here I have to use a Logon ID and Password. If Continental works the same your father should be able to Logon at their website and use his ID to find a record of the tickets which should include the ticket numbers.
