Can someone tell my about the jenny craig program and how do it work the uch?
what would the total start up cost be for the 52 week program?
A friend of mine is on the Jenny Craig diet right now and in about two weeks she's lost 10 pounds. Pretty much from what I know you have to go once a week or every other week to talk to your nuritional consultant. They give you food to eat which she told me is amazing. If you want it to work you have to do what they say. She also had a step counter that she wore on her pants. Another thing, excercise isn't necessary, I never saw her work out and she shedded the baby weight immediately. I believe the sign up fee is about $300 and that should include food, not 100% positive but I believe that's what it is. I had my speculations about Jenny Craig but it does work. Hope that helps
