How can I remove an advert from my hub?

Hi, I received a proposal from someone who wants to advertise his company in some of my hubs (as a text link).How much would should I charge him for that? Any ideas will be welcome.

Can I remove an advert by google if it is nothing to do with th hub?I have just posted a hub but do not think the google advert is relevant to the hub. Can I get rid of it?
