You have to add Amazon capsules yourself, they do not appear automatically.
In addition to the answer above, you click on the amazon capsule and follow the instruction for adding the amazing products.

My affilates have approved my accounts. but they have not sent me a code to add to my hubpage in the affiliate settings. Do I have to find it myself?
