What happens if you accidentally click an add on your own site? I know not to, but I read that...
you should manage your google adds, so I try to copy and paste the add and look it up elsewhere, but It clicked on it twice...It is very aggrivating, I don't want to get in trouble? How do you handle an accidenta click and how to you manage your adds safely?
If you actually had read the Google AdSense Terms of Service (TOS) you'd know that the worst possible thing you can do is click on your own ads. Google expressly forbids that behavior, and that sort of thing frequently leads to accounts being banned permanently. BTW, when you accept the TOS, part of the wording included says that you have read their conditions, understand them and accept all of them, so you can't claim ignorance in your own defense if they close your account.
The AdSense interface has a variety of tools for managing advertisements. I suggest you do your homework, read their rules and learn how to use the ad management tools provided.

I just clicked one of my own ads by accident. Has anyone ever done this? Do you know if I will get an instant ban or is there a degree of tolerance to this? Surely it happens occasionally to many people. Am a bit worried about it. Thanks.
