    Happy birthday!  I can't remember when I turned 40.  I wrote this piece on it in case you want to see it.  I can tell you that I felt like a car whose warranty has expired--everything started falling apart. smile

    Been there, done that.  Nothing to worry about, just buckle-up and enjoy the ride, baby girl.  And, it really does get better... it's just that your joints may hurt a little.  All kidding aside- enjoy it!
