There is a little html button in the tool bar as you edit a capsule. We are really limited in what we can use though.
The more accurate answer is "you can't add HTML code to your Hubs."
There are a few formatting styles built-in to the text editor (bold, italic, a link creator), and the code capsule will let you display actual code for Hubs about how to code, but essentially, any custom HTML that you'd want to add won't work.
In short when u r trying to add HTML code in CODE capsule it says HTML code not allowed (i red font).......
so my friend u can't....
