I have two growing boys, an obese bassett hound, and a great perenese, does that count?

lol, I think those have the greatest barks of all dogs. Maybe I just say that because I don't have to hear it everyday. lol

Yeah, should be interesting with my kid on the way, hopefully she doesn't try to drown him in drool. Did you get drooled on a lot?

I have a friend with a St Bernard. He has a beautiful personality and sense of humor! He is smart and playful too. It costs my friend a lot to keep him. He spends an estimated 5k a year on food and upkeep, but he does not mind.

Yes, we spend quite a bit on vet bills, food. Have you been drooled on?

She is a gentle giant for sure. She lets our jack russell beat her up and hump her all the time.

Have ALWAYS wanted a Saint Bernard, but couldn't get past the drool thing. I've got 2 chihuahuas and a mini doxie that would probably equal one of your Saint Bernard's legs though!

Yeah, the drool is like a waterfall at times. Then she gets foamface and looks rabid after she eats. lol It's worth it.

I used to have one years ago, she is gone now.  She was a wonderful dog.  Lots of slobber for my clothes every day before work.

Sorry she is gone, means you have to get another. Yes, we run from her after she eats because she gets foam face. lol

We had to run after we gave her a bath, she would run and knock ya down.  She used to dig out of the fence and come find us if we walked down the road.  Bit a family member in the butt too.

When we had her, seemed I got so used to the slobber on my clothes and people always asking what I had on my clothes at work.  I realize now she was the best dog we've ever had.

lol Why did she bite the persons butt? Ours is definately a character as yours seemed. I have to agree after having dogs my entire life, she's the best one.
