    I don't.

My experience with SU has never been good.  You may get a flood of visitors, but they are mosty useless.  They are often just scanners who will read a sentence or two, form an opinion, and leave.  No lasting value.

I do. I also use twitter, and digg. I figure the more my hubs get out there, the more people that see them, the more chances I have of a click. I like to up my odds.

If you're going to do it at all, don't do it often.  Misuse of sites like SU and Digg causes them to impose quotas on the number of HubPages URLs you can submit, or ban HubPages URLs entirely.

I've tried SU digg and a couple of other - it's jut a tiny blip in page views then poof - just like  Keyser Soze - gone forever.

I do not, but many do. It is a plan to do so in the future. The more backlinks you have to your hubs, the better. So I have been told. Best of luck to you smile
