What is a good bounce rate on adsense? Should it be high or low?
You are probably referring to Google Analytics? The lower the better for bounce rate. The bounce rate tells you how many users who click back or close their browsers after they have arrived on one of the pages on your site.
30-40% is excellent. 40-50% is very good. 50-55% is acceptable. When it's over 55% you should work on your site to make it more user friendly and make the content better. Give people reasons to stick around the site.
Ideally, you would want a bounce rate to be low and as lifeisabeach mentioned, this is usually more for tracking visitors to your page.
A bounce is when someone visits your site/page, but doesn't click on any links or view any of your other pages. This type of visitor would be classified as a "bounce."
If you have a low bounce rate, that means that most visitors at least view one additional page when they visit your site, which in the case of online advertising means you get more impressions.

I know traffic is a problem everywhere it seems; I'm not talking about low traffic, here. We all need to be aware of the HP's photo capsule may be affecting our bounce rates. There is a real problem if you use the photo capsule for anything-- even the intro photo. I'm NOT referring to the images...

Panda is one of Google's key quality algorithms that assesses your content for certain signals that indicate that your readers are happy with the site and user experience offered. If you noticed a sharp traffic...
