How long does the automated system at HubPages take?

If trying to republish a hub that has come up with the message ""Sorry, because of rule violations associated with your account or ip
address, permission to publish new hubs has been revoked. You can
still edit your existing hubs and save your changes to this hub by
clicking the done editing button. Your right to publish may
automatically be restored through time and adherence to the HubPages
rules. Fixing or deleting existing flagged hubs may also help." how long does it take the automated system to see that you've made changes? Its awkward too, when not knowing what's wrong.

I wouldn't go so far at to say they are our Dad. Definitely not. Business partners is a more appropriate way to consider it.
I emailed hubpages with a question in my first week and I heard back from them within a couple of hours. Don't know how the weekend works smile
They can let you know what would cause the IP rules violation.

For that message, you're going to have to email admin and get help from them.  The automated system thinks you are a spammer and is a blocking you.  That's won't clear on it's own, only a live person can do it.

Wow! You a suspected spammer?! LOL!

if that is the case, then HP really need to look at their system.

Just looking at the new users that are joining, 9 out of 10 of them are here blatantly for spam purposes.
