Why do some hubber's not vote after reading hubs?
One of my Hubs has been viewed over 20 times, as of yet it doesn't appear that anyone has voted - up, down and no comments. Most of us would like to hear what the world has to say, even if it's negative. Any comment is better than none.
Votes are never shown, so you won't ever know if anyone actually votes or not.
For me, sometimes I read but do not comment or vote, due to the fact that I have no comment to make or that I am undecided how I want to rate the hub. It's status quo kind of thing, so it may be better not to make any comment at all, in my opinion.

Why does a hubber's rate go down even when his hubs get higher rates?
