where do i export my tables from, can i make my own in msn office and then import?
Dori, WTF is MSN office? Did you mean Microsoft office, and specifically Excel? Then you have to save is as csv I believe.
i wish i was half as smart as you were about this crap what do you suggest i use to make a table that can be imported?
LOL If want to make a table, you don't have any other way than to learn - or outsource it.
So if you wanna learn, you need at first learn what software you use I guess
However every spreadsheet software is able to save a file in CSV format, and this is the format you can export to the capsule later on.
There was a hub or a forum topic on this exact question...let me go look, or you could search .cvs file or import table & you should come up with the information, but I'll try to find it too. On you mark, get set, go...

Can you change the column width of the columns of the table capsule? It seems there is no option for doing that. In my opinion it is a must feature for a table.
