I'm pretty sure you need to click to edit it first and then there is an option somewhere in there to delete. I don't think you can actually un-publish although I might be wrong.
On each of your hubs, next to the edit button, there is a 'delete' button. Also, if you click on the edit button, there is a 'unpublish now' button right next to the done editing button..
Choose the hub u want to unpublish.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Choose the option 'Unpublish Now'.

Can I buy Amazon products from my own hubs using my gift certificates? Would I be penalized for doing that or it is perfectly fine to do so?
