Since I imgaine you are stuck at the beginning I will start from there.
!) Hit button start a new hub
2) Write the title and scrool down
3) On the same page, you will find a square with "topics" choose your topic
4) Scroll down on same page and add your keywords
5) Click continue
6) it will go to the next page and there you will need to click continue again
7) At this point you will see a "skeleton" of a hub, a photo a capsule that say text, and a comment capsule
8) Go to edit on the text line, the "capsule" will Pop up and you can begin to type
