Are there rules on say a group of hubbers joining together to develop a "hubbers blog" of some type?
Can hubbers create say an outside website, blog or the like to use as a tool to drive traffic to our own hubs? I have been reading a little but can't seem to find satisfactory or definite answers to my curiousity. If this type of "action" is allowed are there any in existence already?
