You can change the ad level on your Hub by editing it, going to the "settings" link in the gray box below the "Add more capsules" box on the right-hand side of your page. You will need to uncheck the "commercial" box to change your ad level.
Please note that any Hubs with outbound promotional links (such as to your site, blog, or affiliate offers) must have the commercial box checked and the ad level set to high.
