It seems quite difficult to change the layout of hub ! any easy tips?
Often I want to put pictures in different places but see no way to do it. Especially when I want to spread them around.
There are two ways to rearrange your capsules. One is to use the arrow buttons on the capsules themselves. The other you might find simpler: Go to the "reorder" link in the gray box just beneath the "add more capsules" box. You can then drag and drop the capsules as you'd like, and they will automatically reorder within the Hub. You will still have to use the right arrow button to float any capsules to the right within other capsules, but you can at least put them in the correct order this way.
Adding on to what Maddie Ruud says...
Make sure the text of your article is broken up into different paragraphs in different "text" capsules. You can only place a picture between capsules or floated to the right of a capsule. So you'd have to break up the paragraphs to get it somewhere other than the beginning or end of your text.
Thanks to Mggie and Logan, I will try that.

Are ads only placed in the vertical position at the far right, outside of the hub text now? I just noticed on several of my hubs and others. I thought it was just me and began to tweak text and rearrange capsules to see if they would come back, but they didn't. Did I miss or overlook this change?...

I've spent the last few months experimenting with different hub lengths and layouts on sales hubs and trying to be rigorous about it. It's impossible to do this in a completely statistically valid model with this relatively small number of hubs (about 350), but after trying different styles of...
