I want to know how many words should be there in a fresh content to publish as a hub?
Fresh content? Are you concerned about having duplicate content? You should minimize that entirely. I don't know the exact thresholds but with totally new content you can never go wrong. For good articles you need several hundred words. Articles with 500 - 1000 words tend to do well. Longer articles are perfectly acceptable too.

Why doesn't Hub Hoping show me some fresh content?I like to hub hop. It gives me the opportunity to see hubs I might not look for as well as discover authors that I have not found yet. But it seems whenever I start hopping hubs, most of the hubs that come up are the same ones in my current feed....
