I would go to the link SunSeven provided below as most questions will be answered there, and many hubbers will not be comfortable calling a complete stranger to assist.
Providing support on the phone is rather uncommon. This is an online publishing platform and most people prefer to communicate by online means, like asking questions here or replying to posts in the forum.
What specifically do you need help with? Have a look at the help section and the Learning Center and you should be able to answer any basic questions you may have.
