Have you noticed that this actually increased your traffic? What percentage if any if you dont...
Backlinking is a very large subject.
Backlinking gives traffic in two ways:
1. Direct traffic through the link.
2. Search engines are more impressed with sites/pages that have more links to them.
However the quality of the link also matters - a backlink from a tiny new website doesn't have much worth in google's eyes.
My apologies that I did not find the question you asked me until now.
In reply, it is hard to quantify the exact increase in traffic because the bookmark links created by IMAutomator do not show up on the hubstats as direct traffic.
However, you can find the links and find that they are 'live' and these backlinks together with others generated elsewhere (see my backlinking hub) help me to promote my hubs and webpages in the search rankings.
Therefore, the extra traffic comes via search engines through the increased ranking of hubs and webpages in the listings.

The Most disheartening thing is pages that over take me in Google search are in fact advertisements and few sentence pages. In...

There is a lot of bad SEO (search engine optimization) advice out there, and the use of automated services that procure backlinks to your Hubs is one particularly egregious example. Using services to get backlinks can result in your Google AdSense and/or HubPages account permanently banned. Yes, we...

Fine, the forum has lots of people that claims they make thousands of dollars every month. I doubt 98% of them. From my experience, I may want to believe Ryankett because I've seen most of his backlinking works on various sites. If you make that much every month, voice it out and help breath...

Well, I hope I am posting this in the right spot. I've been on Hubpages now a little over 3 months, and am enjoying it thoroughly, all the writers here have been great. I have done a lot of research on increasing traffic to my hubs, and mostly people seem to collectively agree that to really boost...
