On our way to India we went to Dubai and flew by Emirates which was a really good experience.
We stayed in the Habtoor Grand Hotel which was good with two double beds as we have 2 kids was great.
Check in was at 2.00pm we got there at 9.00am but they let us go to the room straight away this felt like a lifesaver at the time and we really apppreciated it.
The hotel backed onto a beach which was usable after 6.00 pm due to heat.
Food was good but expensive some people ate out downtown as it was cheaper than the hotel. Breakfast was included which was nice.
Havent been to Dubai but my cousins have. They say it is GREAT. An awesome place and BEAUTIFUL buildings and hotels.
