How come my Google Adsense account is displaying Public service advertisements(PSA)?
I opened my account about a year a go and after a few months I lost interest. I left it online until about a week ago. I've made 11 bucks but it says my hubs are displaying PSAs. I requested my pin on the 24th.
The weird thing is that it says I'll be able to see my earnings and page impressions then at the bottom it says my content is displaying PSAs because I haven't entered my pin.
Any way to display revenue earning ads until I get my pin?

There are many reasons for PSA ads but in your case, it appears to be due to account being under review.
Once you start earning, after certain threshold, Google sends for verification pin. May be you would have missed one such request earlier leading to PSAs.
Now once your current pin verification is done, your ads will get displayed. It may take around 2 weeks, so you will have to wait for a short time. There is not much that can be done before that.
