I have about 1,000 views. I have Google Adsense & Amazon. When can I expect to see earnings? Any
guess as to how much? Even a rough estimate would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi, I think it all depends on how many hubs you have written, and exactly what the content is, I have noticed with me recently that it is well worth putting amazon on your hubs because all of a sudden I seem to be selling things! it took me to about 90 hubs to see my first payout on google adsense, but I do tend to write historical hubs, and have only recently started to write more selling hubs. maybe if I had started to write selling ones earlier I might well have earned it earlier. okay?
I have got about the same, i have been here 5 weeks and i have made less than $1.
However as time goes by i heard the money starts flowing, you need to learn the tricks.
Do you mean 1000 in total ? I have had a quick look at your hubs and for making money I would suggest writing more hubs about specific stuff people like to buy e.g. specific handbags or shoes or fishing equipment depending on your tastes. I would say with 1000 visitors you might expect 10 clicks - so youcan see it will take a lot of visitors to be making money. Also IMHO Amazon only earns any money at Christmas ! The rest of the year it is pretty dead.
Views alone aren't going to make you anything unless you are getting tens of thousands, and even then it would only be small change. for Amazon, you only earn when actual purchases are made (you should go back and read their program terms if you didn't before) and the best adSense earnings come from actual ad clicks. BTW, you REALLY need to make sure you have read their program rules as you can be banned permanently for breaking them.
Hi,
ive been here for a few weeks longwr than oyu and thought you might like to know where im at...
Ive written 70 hubs now and have just reached the point where I see one adsense click per day of varying amounts.
I dont do any backlinking or promotional work really but am fairly pleased with where im at. If in six months im getting ten clicks a day from 150 hubs i'll be happy.

Hi,I applied for Google adsense and quickly got rejected because of having "insufficient content". I only have 10 articles as was reading that you may need to have 15 or more to be approved. Any suggestions would be appreciated? Also, in the meantime, is there other ways to monetize my...

I seem to have come to HP just before all the changes. I have put in almost F/T hours on the days I write my hubs. I've read whole books, not only the ones I review, but for material for my hubs. I think what I write is well written and informative. I kept hoping as I got more readers, the money...

I'm still new to AdSense and all that, but the first impression I got (especially after reading what other Hubbers have to say) is that once you're approved, all your Hubs will have AdSense ads. I got my approval email, but only a couple of my hubs are generating clicks. Does Google need to approve...
