How to create 2 hub profiles using one email and how can I link both to my adsense?
If I want to create two hub profiles, can I use a single email address for both or would it need two email addresses, if so how can i link my adsense account to both accounts?

Yes, you can link your AdSense id to both your accounts.
Link as a channel to your main id for AdSense.
Hope that helps
