    Is that allowed here and by adsense??
    Coz that has adsense adds...and i didn't put that here coz m not sure about that..

    Of course it is allowed, that is just a link, you are not saying anyone click on this link and then click on my Google ads. This is just a link as part of your profile that let's visitors to your profile know more about you and your other activities besides HubPages.
