If you change the title of a hub after it is published, will the URL change too?
No problem, you can change it. I have changed some of the titles of my hubs several times. Not a good thing to do, but if you think it is necessary just go ahead. No problem with hubpages or any search engine.
No, the URL won't change. You can change the title after saving / publishing a hub but not the URL.
