I'm not Indian, but I can tell you that there is the potential for earnings here. However, you do have to be willing to do your own research and marketing in order to get the right information to the right people. As for how you can add your URL to the search engines, most often they're automatically indexed. On some sites you can speed up the process by "pinging" the URL to let the search engines know that there's been an update, but my guess is that they all probably ping content sites pretty frequently because they know there's new content daily.
