Where's a free online spot to get great photos & illustrations for my Hubs?
I can see the benefit of adding illustrative photos to Hubs, maybe even several. Under lots of photos I see a different color/smaller font listing the source for most photos, but when I go to such sites there is usually a sign-up & a charge. Are all you fantastic Hubbers really paying for photos? Or, do you just sign up for your favorite site? Do you have any free photo sites to recommend?
How about videos?
Any suggestions for someone who wants 'em for free?
great question because that was a problem for me many years ago when I first started Internet marketing and I wanted to touch up my websites and articles with some pics
I'm sure you'll get many answers here.

Here you go:
they have thousands and thousands of free pics to choose from
Try www.dreamstime.com. Sign up is free. Premium photos require payment but there are 100's of free photos to choose from and I've been quite successful using the site. As well Wikimedia Commons is also free to join and also has 100's of photos which can be used commercially for free.
