Whether is it need to edit image before publish hubs
pictures or images that downloaded or copied from internet, is to be edited before publish in correct format (increase or decrease size according to page)
what is the tool you are using
I am using an old version of Photoshop but there are also free programs like 'GIMP' and 'Paint.net' which you can download at no cost.
They both do the job equally well as Photoshop.
