What are your top 3 most critical suggestions for freelance/hub writing post Panda?
1. First and foremost is to make sure that the content is unique.
2. Have long content at least 400 words minimum. But above 600 is better.
3. Do not make titles of the article too long.
1. Write informative articles that people need.
2. Write something that is helpful. Don't waste time writing anything else.
3. Avoid back linking from low-ranked sites. They may actually lower your ranking as well.
That is some great info so far. Are the basic SEO rules and tools still the same post-panda?

Quality links and backlinks
One area not discussed yet, is push harder in other social environments such as Facebook and twitter, if you can get others talking about and linking to your hubs then regardless of the effects of Panda on hubpages you will be able to continue to reach your potential readership base.
