    It is mostly based on how many responses are generated by your question.

    it is simply by asking very reasonable question that demand intelligent answers.

    I have to believe it has something, also, to do with writing your question without errors.  Wouldn't you agree?

    I think "original," and "relevant" are the words you are looking for.  So many people join here, and just start asking dumb questions left and right, and never bother to see if anyone else has already asked the same question before. . . .I hate seeing the same question from some new person that I saw from ten other new people last month.. . so yeah, "original" might be best.
