    No , They used to..the material is legaly ours but we cant publish else where...figure that one out?
    A lot of good writers have left here because of that..I seriously think there policy needs some revision...

    absolutely NOT.  You can NOT publish duplicate material here at all.  You CAN publish an article about a blog post, and direct traffic to your blogs from here.

    People have not left the site just because they can't post their material in two places. Most people realize that you are only hurting yourself by putting your articles in more than one place.

    No, and it's a problem.

    It doesn't always hurt you to post your articles in multiple avenues. Depends on your style, if you're a social networker, rather than a SEO, I could see the point posting multiples of the same articles.
