Hub Hoping
Is it lost of time or it gives any profit for people who are sitting and hoping other hubs?
It is neither the loss of time nor do they give profit directly. It actually pays off when you see any abusive content and want them to be removed from HubPages. There are hundreds of hubs being published everyday and the moderators cannot reach all of them even if they try 24 hours a day. So, to keep the quality of the site healthy, they started this feature.
It benefits you in one thing - a shiny accolade. Hop some hubs and report them if they're abusive. You'll soon see a purple accolade saying "froch contributes to the community by helping new users in the forums and/or voting/flagging inappropriate contents"
Thank you for information.
You are writing "Hop some hubs and report them if they're abusive.". What does it mean "some" in this situation? ;-) 10? 30? 500?

Just curious, one of my hubs, selected as a hub of the day some time ago has been my top performing one for quite a while. However, it does seem odd to me that hubs of the day are not automatically selected as Editors Choice Hubs as well! Anyone else ever wondered why this is? If not, would...

One of my hubs was selected as editor's choice. I didn't even know about it until I went to my stats just now and saw next to the hub the editor's choice icon. I clicked to view the hub but there is no icon in the hub itself that shows it's editor's choice. And there is no accolade in my profile...

Hello All,I am back to hub pages after about a 3 year hiatus. I look forward to getting into the writing thing.I have a few questions for those who have stayed when I left.I noticed some are no longer here. So, my quick questions are..1.) Is it allowed to write "opinion" pieces for...

As per the new changes HubPages has made, I was required to make a few changes to the amount of Amazon products I was showing. I lowered the amount of products to lower than an average of 1 per 50 words on the hubs that HubPages has penalized. Furthermore, on hubs that weren't penalized I got rid...
