Where can I get free pictures that I can legally use for my site?
I'm planning to write a hub about anime. I'm just wondering where I can get pictures of certain anime series. I tried to find them on creativecommons.org, but to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.
I too had this question a while back and I searched the Hubpages forum. I came across www.freedigitialphotos.net. as a suggestion. Hope this helps!
You could download 3 free pictures/day legally free at www.bilder.n3po.com
Checkout this Hub on your requirement :

And Dave, you can't use Google Images just like that as there will be copyright issues. Please check that before using any images.
Adding to fellow answers, you might want to try dreamstime.com
They provide free photographs to download everyday.
http://www.sxc.hu/ is a free site. I do not recommend using google images, those are pictures from all over the web and are not necessarily free for use.
Here is the article from the HubPages Learning Center regarding how to Legally use photos in your Hubs:
I hope that this helps you!
I used to need pictures for my articles in Holland. The magazine I wrote for, adviced me to open a free account on this site. Very good site. It's a royalty-free database.
Hope you'll find what you're looking for:-)
Thank you everyone. I've checked the sites/links you've given, and they have lots of nice pictures. I can't find what I'm looking for though. But I really appreciate all you answers. I will visit these sites the next time I'll write a hub!

I'm very confused. I learned on the forum that I could use the google images tool to filter for art that was free to use. When I use the filter, pictures from "deviantart" come up frequently. When I go to the page, I don't see anything except a copyright notice. However,...
