How long does the HubTeam take to answer e-mails?
Sent them an email about a hub they told me to revise.
they usually dont.........so ask it as a forum and then ive been told they will
Actually they do answer emails. They usually do within 24 hours or less.
Make sure you tell them exactly what the problem is about and post a link to the hub your inquiring about (if that's the case).
If you are sending an email do so from the help center and use the contact form. They will get back to you so long as the inquiry is valid or urgent.

I Duddy, - ThunderKeys - Account, Have not had a response from Hubpages Admin for almost a week. I'm unable to access my account since I've recently moved. My old e-mail account was shut down at an unanticipated time, and I forget the last password I used having not memorized it.
I've sent several e-mails asking for a response and help to my new e-mail and I've had simply no response. My account does very well. I'm not locked out for any reason. What should I do?
I have never had problems with them responding to me. They usually do within 24 hours.
Sometimes according to reports they answer right away but others have said they never got an answer, I have written and always got an answer, though sometimes it was, in my opinion, insulting.
It is better to make any question here or in forum instead mail them. Cause, you can get more suggestion from here than them.
They're very good. I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours and frequently it is much quicker than this. Considering how busy this site is I think they do really well.

I've been waiting days to know what's going on and have no idea on where I'm supposed to go now to get up and running to earn money, anyone can write a blog, but knowing exactly what to do next isn't very evident on the webpage.
