Can the revenue potential of a hub change?
If one updates a $ hub, can the revenue potential change if enough elements are added to give it a more market-y approach? What plays a factor in revenue potential?
Yes, it can, but I'm not certain it's so much about a 'more market-y approach', but more about how well your article targets your keywords, and how much advertisers are willing to pay on those specific keywords/topics. Some topics pay more, but that doesn't mean your revenue potential is higher if your keywords and content don't match. Subsequently those articles won't rank high in search queries which means little to no traffic.

What does Hubpages use to come up with the Revenue Potential stat?A hub that says Revenue Potential $$ has earned about $100 while hubs with a Revenue Potential of $$$$ haven't earned anything at all.(Yes, I read the little blurb next to it.)

In the Hub Metrics for each hub, is Revenue Potential based on the keyword, or how many Amazon/Ebay capsules and products you have (or perhaps how many you should have)?
