Are there any restrictions on advertising our hubs?
Are there places or sites such a free traffic advertising sites like Traffic Ad Bar that we cannot advertise our hubs
Yes, there are restrictions. However there are too many to detail here. You really need to read the AdSense TOS (which informs a LOT of the rules on this site) as well as HubPages own TOS and familiarize yourself with the rules.
There are numerous restrictions as relache points out (you should follow her advice to be on the safe side) but one that springs to mind that's a big no no is any site that may be considered a 'link exchange'.

After all, what's to lose? It's not like you're going to miss any sales.As to what's to win, in borderline cases, a slightly-less commercial hub just might be enough for Google to become fond of it.What say you?

I got a poorly worded to the point of being offensive email from the team about one of my hubs that got unpublished. I replied with a request for clarification. Almost 24 hours passed since. I am wondering, how long I have to wait for the response?Now, I keep quiet about one of my workers waiting...
