Blogger, Wordpress are the ones that come immediately to mind.
Blogger and wordpress are the best. But Typepad, Tumbler are also good.
I think blogger are best way for blog . May be you also like it .
Blogger is obviously from Google. Some say it's beneficial for the blog's SEO. What I like in Wordpress is the user interface. You can play with your blog more in Wordpress than in Blogger.
I've just discovered wordpress and think I'm going to like it. I'm going to have mostly poetry there. maybe some short stories. I tried out thoughts.com but haven't been back to that in a while.
